This is truly one of the easiest recipes to make, and a prime example of the famous quote " We have food at home." I remember hearing that a lot as a child, and It wasn't until I had my own home I realized the importance of that simple sentence.
This recipe is not only husband approved but also kid approved, so if you are looking for a healthy yet delicious dinner for the whole family look no further.
Ingredients
•chicken breasts
•sliced Lemon (optional)
•3 cloves of garlic
•2 tsp fresh thyme ( finely chopped )
•1/2 tbsp lemon zest
•2 tbsp olive oil
•1 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl combine minced garlic, chopped thyme, lemon zest, olive oil, & sea salt.
2.Pour mixture over the chicken breasts on both sides and let marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Place chicken into air fryer.
4.Set air fryer to 400 degrees and cook for 25 minutes.
5. Half way through flip the chicken and place sliced lemon alongside chicken and drizzle olive oil all over.
