Finding dinners that the whole family can enjoy can be a pain sometimes, but who can resist this summer taco?
This recipe was thrown together with foods we had randomly bought this week. I wanted tacos but health tacos, so this was the result of that. Freshly cut lettuce with mango, tomatoes, and red onions wrapped in a gluten free BFree wrap.
This could also be topped with Primal Kitchen dressing and/or Daiya cheese.
There are truly so many options when it comes to making new recipes. Something so simple can turn into your new favorite recipe!
Ingredients:
•Shredded chicken
•Lettuce
•Tomato
•Red onion
•Sliced mango
•Gluten free BFree wrap
•Daiya cheese (optional)
•Primal Kitchen dressing (optional)
Instructions
1. Cook chicken on the grill.
2. Warm up Bfree wrap for 20 seconds in microwave, convectional oven, ect.
3. Shred the chicken and place on Bfree wrap.
4. Cut onion, mango, lettuce, and tomato and place on wrap.
5.Enjoy !
